Designs and concepts for a previous D&D character. The main idea I started with for his background was simply "sailor", which developed into "sailor who's also really into cryptozoology", drawing inspiration from various characters such as Laios from Delicious in Dungeon and Ford Pines from Gravity Falls.

The basis for his design also came from our gamemaster encouraging us to pick multiple racial heritages for our characters. The ones I landed on were tiefling (humanoid descendants of fiends and devils) and halfling (hobbits).
